AGREEMENT & VETERINARY CARE.
The first week's payment to be paid in cash upon dropping the said Horse/Pony off.
I Shannon Beani are not held responsible for any verterinary bills for the said Horse/Pony if it gets hurts in my care but will care for the said Horse/Pony if need be. In the above situation proper veterinary care must be utilized and the owner must be notified immediately and that all veterinary cost will be addressed and paid by the owner.
Day to day care for the horse/pony
I Shannon Beani shall use proper care and good judgement in the maintaining and training of the said Horse/Pony as or as close to this agreement began. Also included with the said Horse/Pony is and is to be returned to the owner upon Horse/Pony going home.
If the said owner is not paying for the feed in the agreement the said owner is to get feed for the said Horse/Pony so it can be feed every day.
Rights of the Owner.
The said owner may visit the said Horse/Pony by agreement with I Shannon Beani by a phone call.
At the end of the breaking-in the said owner may have 1 or 2 rides in I Shannon Beani round yard to see how the said Horse/Pony is going. At your own risk.
